The practice of being present offers a really great way to clear up your brain space, and to combat getting too overwhelmed by as bust life.
Laundry, kids, the internet, meetings, other people, confrontations, suddenly altered plans; these can all make ‘being present’ tricky. But as this article suggests, all it takes is a little practice. Get good at it and the benefits can be endless.
