Summer is here and many of you may be soon jetting off for a well deserved holiday and a necessary dose of Vitamin D. Holidays are the perfect time to unwind, escape your daily grind and really focus on yourself.
Remember though; all that self-love and relaxation can begin before you set foot off the plane at your desired destination. Plane journeys are a perfect time to meditate. With some hours to kill and a (comfortable) seated position, you can begin your journey by taking the time to look inward and be present.
