Mindfulness 101 is an introductory session covering the basics of mindfulness for professionals in the corporate world.
We have found that groups of up to 12 participants work best, keeping the sessions intimate and allowing for thorough and bespoke delivery and interaction. We can of course provide mindfulness introduction sessions for larger groups if you prefer.
Choose from either a 45-90 minute light introduction or a deeper 3 hour session. We even have a 4-week course.
