Our signature four-week program consisting of weekly one-hour sessions, along with full manual and mindfulness audio album, leaves delegates with the ability to continue a self-sustaining mindfulness practice.
The Mindful Selfie
This fun and interactive session offers a soft introduction to mindfulness whilst exploring the process of taking a ‘mindful selfie’.
Delegates will be led through a series of carefully designed prompts, questions and mindfulness exercises as they discover how their selfies relate to authentic self.

Keynote Mindfulness Speech
When introducing mindfulness why not begin with an inspiring and experiential talk on the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace from Neil Seligman, Founder of The Conscious Professional.
