The present moment is so precious and it’s all that we have.
Yet it’s so easy to get caught up in thinking about the future or feeling trapped in the past. We neglect the ‘what is’ by focusing on ‘what was’ or ‘what could be’. But ‘what was’ has already gone by, ‘what could be’ can’t be truly predicted, or experienced yet. The only thing thing we have available to us right now is the ‘what is’.
