Mindfulness can be practiced anytime, anywhere. Incorporating mindfulness into actions or tasks that we do on a daily basis can be the bridge to sustaining a daily meditation habit.
Some people may work well practicing mindfulness when they’re brushing their teeth, having a shower or getting dressed. Another great time to be mindful is whilst eating. Not only will you begin to easily form a daily meditation habit, but you will also begin to connect more with your body, make nutritional choices that are for your greatest wellbeing, aid digestion and really experience the diverse flavours, textures and dimensions of food that we usually don’t experience. Food will never have tasted so good, trust us!
