This is certainly a topic open to debate, but perhaps appropriate considering October was National Vegetarian Awareness Month and yesterday was World Vegan Day.
So let’s talk veggies!
Almost all vegetables are more nutrient dense and beneficial for our bodies in their raw state. But some actually have a higher nutrient profile when lightly cooked. Incorporating raw fruits and vegetables into your diet should be a top priority, but if you ever fancy something a bit warmer, the veggies shown below may bring you greater wellness when cooked.
